FlowApps Wizard (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a digital marketing agency based in Ukraine. We manage Google Ads, Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns for our clients and operate internal tools to report on and optimize those campaigns. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and in the course of providing our services, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
- Contact information you send us directly — for example, your name, email address and message when you email us at hello@flowappswizard.com.
- Website usage data — standard analytics such as pages viewed and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies to understand how this site is used.
- Client campaign data — when we manage advertising for a client, we access that client’s own advertising and analytics accounts (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok) under authorization granted by the client.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and provide our marketing services.
- To operate, report on and optimize advertising campaigns for our clients.
- To improve this website and our services.
Google API and Google Ads API data
We access the Google Ads API only for advertising accounts that our clients have authorized us to manage under our Google Ads manager account (MCC). We use this access to retrieve reporting data and to apply campaign optimizations on behalf of those clients.
FlowApps Wizard’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and to the Google Ads API Terms of Service. We do not sell Google user data, and we do not transfer or expose Google Ads API access or data to any third party or external user.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as advertising and analytics platforms used to run our clients’ campaigns), and only as needed to provide our services or as required by law.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@flowappswizard.com.

These terms govern the use of this website and the services provided by FlowApps Wizard.
Our services
We provide digital marketing services, including the management of Google Ads, Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns, funnel and landing-page development, conversion tracking, and account audits. The scope, fees and duration of any engagement are agreed separately with each client.
Client authorization and accounts
Where we manage a client’s advertising accounts, we act on that client’s behalf under authorization the client grants us. Clients remain responsible for the content of their advertising and for compliance with the advertising platforms’ policies.
Use of advertising platform APIs
Any tools we operate that use platform APIs (including the Google Ads API) are for our own internal use in managing our clients’ accounts. We do not resell API access, and we do not make these tools available to external users.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
